Looking @ North-East  @ 4:00 am. Note the radiant ( green bulls-eye) was never very high above the horizon ( curve white arc at bottom of map).   Polaris is 1 degree plus above the horizon ( all the time) due NORTH .  Try looking for it.. ( with binos) '
