.... my meteor collections continued...

Keyword:  Meteors despite bright moonlight
April 10 2004, 22:22:12 A twin pair of meteors captured in Cen/Car region.   The bright one ended near  NGC 3372 (Keyhole Nebulae).  April 11 2004 AM 06:18:05(top)- 06:19:13(bot) Meteors detectable despite strong lunar  glare.. Two meteors were detected minute apart. Unattended 3-minute exposure video pc processing.  [ note ghost circular internal lens reflection]
'Graffiti' left behind by birds in NGC 3372 mid-frame  note the non linear trails created by them.  NGC 2602 ( inverted 'v' near lower edge. 1X  meteor at  shorter 'Y' branch of the lower bird trail. Moon was in Sagittarius at dawn.   I woke up around 4 am, checked my 'catch' no meteors were seen in past 0 - 4am! Then I intentionally placed the watec so that portions of moon will enter the FOV.  I  rewound the  135 minutes DV-tape and started the recording and gone back to zZZZ!  This time my wish was granted....
