July 23 04 04:03 am A 'tadpole-shaped' meteor wiggling up and disappearing
into the clouds upper right. DV AVI file available.
July xx (top) : Twin meteors at Grus - can you
tell which direction was the brighter meteor pointing from? Hint
: Observe end points of the meteor - most of the time the
terminating point is brighter than the starting
point.
Jul 01_04 : Similar FOV but 10+ minutes later
a swift meteor transverse the star field.
Jul 12 0411:33:46 pm- A slow CAP appeared in the 'sting' of the
scorpion. The 2- minute exposure blurred the clouds Video analysis revealed a 19 frames (=0.76s) flight
duration ( x16 seen here).
To get to the bottom of the breaks in meteor track, i
manually select the meteor bitmap sequences and stacked in photoshop 7
using copy> pasted layer>lighten intentionally leaving one
bitmap out ( creating a single break above ).
