Leonids 2001 ( Korea). Man and Fireball -  Video Stills Sequence
"
....    I was adjusting the video recording lens for a low angle shot. Against the backdrop of the starry night,  the silhouette of my night watch companion was plainly visible ( bottom right).  Then a hot 'head' appeared  below Saturn-Aldebaran - climaxed  in a bright ball of white flash. "

Clockwise from Upper Left -  a) Leonid fireball developed close to center of frame.  b) the characteristic shock bow then developed c) The circular  fireball swelled to ~x 2 size dimmed and d) broken into two portions with  tail still visible.    If you look at the video timestamp the second stayed at 38 for the whole duration.  So this is another  sub- one second fireball.  (Time in UT.)
